Good name, decent deal exposure

Cons

People generally get pretty cut-throat. Analysts try to get associates fired to take their roles; associate do the same to VPs. Partners have their own little management politics too. It's a mess. And some of the partners are secretly quite racist.

strong deal flow, exposed to a lot of live transactions which is good. Teams are lean so you get exposure instead of being siloed into one specific task.

Cons

high expectations and fast-paced environment. Very intense due to volume of live dieals.
