      Absolutely no pros, stay away from this horrible company

      Cons

      No growth opportunity, HORRIBLE, INHUMANE and TOXIC leadership. Treats all employees like they are disposable. Fires people for no reason and with no warning. Very poor benefits. Would not recommend this company for anyone. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

      Pros

      Awesome company to be a part of! The growth is amazing and the people even better. If you are looking for a place to grow exponentially Aroma360 is the place. Management will teach and push you to be the best you can be.

      Cons

      Work environment is busy but I would not say that is a Con. There are no real cons to working at Aroma. If you are not the type of person to execute, and grow every day this is probably not the place for you.
