      Its not your regular rigid/ structured classroom activity. Its SEN so moving around and kids learning formally but mostly informally

      Cons

      Te pay isn't the best in the UK but that's based on minimum wage in the country not the employer

      Pros

      Wonderful people work at this school! A friendly environment, caring teachers, great co-workers, and the senior management are literally the best human beings in the world! Loved working here!

      Cons

      The only things I didn't like were the cross-campus collaboration meetings (they are not a great use of time; they need some work), and I felt we could use different language arts and math programs, but that is just personal preference and the teachers do a fantastic job of working with what they have.
