      Entrepreneurial spirit in many divisions Flexible working Rewards initiative and hard work

      Cons

      Lack of direction and vision from top management. Company did not reinvent itself as needed after 2012 and continued on a gradual decline as a result, despite the capability to reshape and be more successful.

      - Management clueless, laying off the good ones - Management bias towards some people - Lack of appreciation - Malaysia office is too one-dimensional
