I don't usually give a bad rating, but this is just too much. I guess it depends on which department you are in. Toxic environment - director using profanities over the phone and towards staff and berated managers in front of the whole office. FYI, our office is an open office. Old skool management - ruling with an iron fist and bringing along his yes men. Transferring other staff who don’t agree with him to another department and causing disruption to the project. Berating staffs who do not join the outing after work hours. Snobbish attitude towards the rest. Staff who are having their lunch are told to report back because he wants to talk to them. Loss for words on the manual processes and using a distribution list to support your clients. Just how “efficient and productive” is that. Guess what? The request for shared mailbox was rejected. Lack of skilled employees - No proper documentation of the project details. The staffs supporting the project has no clue of what is going on. The former project manager, service delivery manager and technical manager all left without the replacement for months. HR requested the work-study program students to give feedback on glassdoor when they joined for less than a week.
