      Great place to work, but slow progression

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, interesting work and no lack of challenging tasks. Bureaucracy is still there and bad, but the bank is actively trying to minimize it, not without success in certain areas.

      Cons

      Excessive bureaucracy. Slow career progression

      Very paternalistic. Regular wine testing andTGIFs, a large gym, squash courts and commissary.
