      somewhat easygoing HR Team and interview.

      Cons

      salary is paid not in full but with liquidity schemes like adding non existant trips to justify the extra cash into the salary

      Inconsistent Top Management

      Pros

      Invests heavily on junior development. Interesting projects. Some of the top rabking managers are good - even if outnumbered.

      Cons

      No responsabilization or visible input from projects on senior management evaluation. Unfair evaluations to anyone who brings it up in the future - no matter the results they bring. Needs more managers with as much planning and predicting capacity of at least consultant level as well as application development focus - the top managers usually are very bad at this, focusing on simple arithmetics on controlling how much has spent rather that plan the flow of the project and managing client expectations. Actually listen ling to team input a must, rather than having the team talk and they ignore it - very important if they lack web application building experience after COBOL.

      It has a very good and organized career plan and the projects are challenging and add to the curriculum
