      Pros

      You can learn new technology. Good for fresher but less salary. Technical people and management. You require to do everything good for learnings.

      Cons

      Less salary compare to market. Less increment Frequent technology transfer. 2 year bond for fresher. 6 days work per week.

      - 5 Days working. - Flexible timings. - Enough good projects to keep me busy. - Very friendly and transparent environment. - Good package for deserving candidates - Fun activities on Saturday

      - Not much direct contact with the owner

      - Average interview (Make sure that your fundamentals are clear) - Average tranining - Supportive team leaders - Good environment and celebration

      Cons

      - Poor management (They do what they do. No consideration from any employee even from Team leader) - Switching technology like a paper - Workload - Poorer methodology

      Thank you for your inputs and we certainly would like to perform better as we grow. I am really sorry to learn about the issues you are/were facing. I don't know when you were working for us, but as of now we have dedicated team for dedicated technology stack. Regarding workload as of today hardly any team member need to work more than the working hours. Thank you for your advice, will surely consider that going forward.
