      Fantastic opportunity for young people to work on exciting projects with Tier 1 mobile operators, to learn and grow. Great mentorship for rapid learning curve.

      Remote working , good people except VP

      Cons

      Workload and pressure from VP and Japan. Incredible demands placed on employees without any care for employees wellbeing. Employees not listened to. Toxic culture, no real strategy and an awful leader in the VP.
