Many: - This company has a very bad infrastructure, old tables in a Hall. All Glassdoor feedbacks are internally created :) - The Boss sits in US, which means the Local boss, who is their family member, runs the show in tyrant style. - No onsite opportunities - Entire show is controlled by local boss, who is very arrogant and talks nonsense - For a small mistake, you can be fired. They fired > 10 people, including senior managers, trainees and old employees in last 6 months. - No new business or projects since I joined. - They only have 2 projects, Circleback and Dublabs which are their CEO's husbands companies. So all internal work and nothing to learn new. - Save Money, save Money and Save Money is their mantra.. - The lunch area is smaller than washrooms in other companies - No campus - No parking. I stopped bringing car and started using cab or my bike. Look at somewhere else but not here. You cannot survive due to the boss here.

1. Owner's goal for the company changes frequently 2. Some people in the higher management do not allow you to grow and restrict your growth as the preference is given only to the ones who lick boots or from the family tree. 3. Micro management by some managers 4. Don't you dare show that you are rich otherwise they will think that you don't need the job.
