      Pros

      The HR team is genuinely supportive and approachable, always willing to listen and address concerns promptly. Management follows a true open-door policy, which makes it easy to share ideas, raise issues, or seek guidance without hesitation. The work environment is friendly and collaborative, with colleagues who are helpful and easy to work with. There is no office politics, which makes day-to-day work much more enjoyable and allows you to focus on actual work and growth. Overall, it feels like a healthy and respectful workplace where employees are treated fairly.

      Cons

      Honestly, I have not faced any major issues during my time here. As with any organization, there is always room for improvement in areas like more structured career growth paths and additional learning opportunities, but nothing that significantly impacts the work experience.
