      Pros

      Plenty of free food and drink, massage, designed to prevent you having to leave the office and keep you sat at your desk working, but all the 'benefits' were really a feel good ruse to disguise the dire atmosphere.

      Cons

      Terrible management in the UK office. They never listened to those that had actually been hired for their knowledge and experience because thought they knew everything. People just 'disappeared' from the business. The place was a sweat box and everyone felt as though they had a gun to their head performance wise. Blame culture. Passive aggressive management style where undermining remarks and complete lack of interest in team members results in shockingly poor morale and staff feeling undervalued. They give the impression of having a great culture but its all just smoke and mirrors.

      Fantastic organisation to work for

      Pros

      Thoroughly enjoyed my time at this company, the leadership and management teams are very strong and supported from the top down with good ethics both for internal staff and all clients. The MD has a very strong focus on people and creating safe and positive environments enabling people to perform well and shine through. As an individual you are encouraged to problem solve and contribute in every aspect, there is a huge opportunity for everyone to progress and those that strive to grow are rewarded. The culture is balanced with hard work and play/reward. Plenty of initiatives and incentives to reward staff and keep the work place real. I can honestly say it has to be in my top 3 places to work during my 30+ years of working.
