Pros

I've been working remotely as an admissions counselor for Astria Learning for about 5 years now, and I love it. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, and the management team is responsive and helpful. The training and onboarding process was thorough and easy to follow, and I feel well-prepared to handle any situation that comes up. The only downside is that the pay could be a bit higher, but the benefits and work-life balance make up for it.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this company. All great!

A Dynamic and Supportive Workplace

Pros

I have been working at Astria Learning for almost a year now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The company's commitment to providing innovative e-learning solutions to educational institutions worldwide is inspiring, and being a part of this mission has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The work environment at Astria Learning is both dynamic and supportive. Employees are encouraged to think creatively and share their ideas, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where innovation thrives. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about the well-being and professional growth of their team members, often providing opportunities for skill development and career advancement. One of the aspects I truly appreciate about Astria Learning is its diverse and inclusive culture. The company has managed to create a harmonious work environment, where employees from various backgrounds can come together and contribute their unique perspectives.

Cons

Working at Astria learning has been an amazing experience, however there is always room for improvement. 1. Work-life balance at Astria Learning can be challenging due to high expectations and deadlines. The company is addressing this by streamlining processes and simplifying workflows, aiming to reduce extended hours and improve balance for employees, particularly during peak seasons or major projects. 2. Communication: With a team of over 100 employees, Astria Learning acknowledges that maintaining effective communication can sometimes be challenging. In response to this need, Executive Management is currently taking measures to empower managers and ensure the seamless operation of each department, fostering a well-coordinated and efficient work environment. 3. While Astria Learning does appreciate and celebrate individual and team achievements, there is room to expand opportunities for employee recognition and rewards. Establishing a more structured and consistent recognition program would not only enhance employee morale but also inspire a sustained commitment to excellence across the organization.

Nepotism at its best and lack of culture

Pros

100% Remote work from anywhere in the world.

Cons

Management should consider avoiding micromanagement, which has not helped the organization. Time Doctor does not guarantee the best performance in workers. People with better qualifications and experience should help the organization grow rather than family members, friends, or ex-wives. The lack of culture is what hurts the workforce the most. Not seeing each other on camera does not help have a better employee experience. It is a toxic environment where upper management and their friends have a reason and do not support employees who have good performance because they are not part of their circle. They do not know how to prioritize and expect workers to do everything at once and constantly add more workload.

Pros

There are lots of chances to grow in the company, the work is done 100% remotely, the CEO has a great vision, we work in a multicultural environment, and the managers hear us

Cons

Internal communication and project management could be better, I particularly don't like working with Time Doctor.

Company with no empathy

Pros

Nothing good to mention is there

Cons

1) The management treats employees according to their own needs and will. No respect for employees. 2) They expect you to be productive or even work extra without paying salaries for 3 months. You need to beg for your salary to the management to pay your rents, bills, etc. 3) They are not paying salaries for months. HR has no clue about what to answer when people ask for their salary. 4) No benefits at all worst leave policy. No empathy towards employees. They consider employees as feeling less robots. 5) They will ask you to write good reviews about them online while treating people as if they don’t have respect
