Unethical and fraudulent practices is what AstroVision Futuretech is all about. Managers doesn't treat their employees well and tries to get results through other unethical and immoral means. Cheats customers and some managers even cheat the company itself. HR is the perfect example of how an HR shouldn't be. Appraisals are an imaginary custom in this company.
