      Some kind of golden cage

      Pros

      - Awesome vibe, and the president is really accessible - Fun stuff happening on the premices very often - Great corporate values - People there are awesome - Great location and lots of stuff around

      Cons

      - Values are a smoke screen, they are quite optional and not applied in the day to day life. - While the president is accessible, he has no idea what's going on in teams and how much they suffer or not - Almost no place for growth. They will hire people from outside rather than consider you and your potential. They have more to gain by keeping you in the same role forever. - Unwilling to get rid of super toxic clients that made people flee this place like rats on a sinking ship - For a company this fun, the turnover rate is totally scandalous.

      Good colleagues, poor work conditions

      Pros

      - Salary and benefits in line with the competition(if you don't consider overtime in the equation) - Somewhat flat hierarchy - Some paid activities - Management seems to have good values

      Cons

      - Values promoted by management as the "Fx values" clashes with work reality - Too many long "last stretches", weekends work and undpaid overtime (Some people working easily 60+ hours/week for free during long periods of time) - You can end up dedicated to a very bad client and end up being sucked up in that client's work culture, therefore being an "Fxinnovation employee" becomes irrelevant - Promising way too much during interviews - Not much place for growth and innovation

      A company (mostly) chasing its tail

      Pros

      - Flexibility - Space to improve processes, work methodology, etc - Cool people to work with - If you are competent (or looks/sounds like it) you will be given more responsibilities - Space to climb up the ladder - Nice physical workplace

      Cons

      - High turn-over across the board - There is no walk the talk when it comes to the "Values are so important for us" (and beware if you fight for it) - There is a prominent lack of taking responsibility and managerial courage to change things for the better - Unfortunately, you've got to watch what you say and who you talk to - Feels like everyone works for their own benefit instead of working all together to achieve success as a company
