Pros

They do good social events and a good Christmas party

Cons

Where do I start. Nino Piccoli, one of the partners, is a bully and creates a negative, toxic environment to work in. He also pervs on the 20 something year olds who are fresh graduates. Makes for an uncomfortable environment to work in. There are two female partners but not sure what the point of them are as they have zero say in how thr firm is run. Doesn't seem like they have any 'power'. Terrible Pay. And overall a toxic environment. I think if Nino wasn't there then it could be a better company to work for.

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Seeks out young women (20-25) looking for legal work experience. Do not fall for it. They exploit graduates to do huge amounts of work for minimal pay. AVOID!!

Pros

No pros - positive reviews are falsified by staff who felt pressured by management.

Cons

- Poor management - there are two partners (Nino & Rob) who make it an incredibly difficult place to work, harbouring a toxic atmosphere with use of bullying and intimidation tactics (no is not an acceptable answer, even for things that are not a contractual obligation). - Poor work/life balance - WhatsApp chats are abused (contacted on days off or out of business hours), and passive aggressive messages sent by certain partners. No boundaries, and when you try to enforce them you are penalised. There is very much a culture of presenteeism. - The pay is not good - you are often expected to do the job of multiple people for bare minimum pay. - You never really feel valued or appreciated by management, although there is very obvious favouritism. Nino, in particular, makes it very clear who he doesn’t like (very unprofessional for a partner) and creates a very uncomfortable environment to work in. - Poor organisation - rota system which is often not correct / putting too many people in for number of desks. Management are not very good at communicating with their staff, until the very last minute (e.g. not knowing plans for holiday cover until the person is already on leave).
