      Pros

      They have a high turn over because people find out very quickly that this is not the place to go to. Bottom with line, they will pretty much hire anyone. So I'd you just need a quick job, you have a high probability of getting hited

      Cons

      I have about 15 years experience and I can honestly say that this is the worst Auto group to work for. My last draw was when I had to work onJuly 4th and New Years day! Putting all of the NY State labor law infractions aside, management are mostly all Kool aid drinking social misfits who would be driving a truck, if they weren't managing a Stalupi store.

      Dirtiest, worst managed shop I've ever worked in

      Pros

      You can charge the customer anything you want regardless of book time on cash jobs, service advisors are clueless or money hungry and dont care because they can get away with it.

      Cons

      Shop is filthy. Manager is frequently wrong due to lack of knowledge of cars (a paper pusher ) but the employee is never right. Supposed to get a review and raise every year, never happens. Hours are debited without explanation. Always want you to stay late to prep new cars even though no hours were turned during normal business hours. No vacations in the summer. A car that has 100,000 miles could go from cash to "goodwill warranty" even if they were never a customer. If you feel you are being treated unfairly they have a "Theres the door " attitude. Your not a "team player" if you dont like doing work for free. Shop tools are broken or missing.

      Pros

      After being here for a year, I've seen employees jump up several tiers in jobs simply for coming to work every day, doing their jobs well, and having an attitude which suggests they care for the company and care about their jobs.

      Cons

      As with all car dealerships, holiday time is minimal because the dealership is almost always open.
