Pros
You can charge the customer anything you want regardless of book time on cash jobs, service advisors are clueless or money hungry and dont care because they can get away with it.
Cons
Shop is filthy. Manager is frequently wrong due to lack of knowledge of cars (a paper pusher ) but the employee is never right. Supposed to get a review and raise every year, never happens. Hours are debited without explanation. Always want you to stay late to prep new cars even though no hours were turned during normal business hours. No vacations in the summer. A car that has 100,000 miles could go from cash to "goodwill warranty" even if they were never a customer. If you feel you are being treated unfairly they have a "Theres the door " attitude. Your not a "team player" if you dont like doing work for free. Shop tools are broken or missing.
