      Pros

      Chetan is an inspirational leader with the ability to communicate his vision in an interesting and thought-proving manner. Excellent executive team with vast amounts of knowledge and experience formed through significant change over the past 12 months. Great team within the UK and EMEA regions built from personal networks.

      Cons

      Numerous senior management changes at HQ in the past 12 months was unsettling to strategy and execution and led to some level of frustration, predominately within the US teams. EMEA team has been pretty isolated from these changes but it has impacted confidence and progress in some areas. We started to see the positive impact of these changes at the end of Q1 and into Q2.

      AN interesting product in a red-hot space, Atlantis product development is innovative and interesting. We actually solve business problems rather than take on a 'suck it and see' approach to developing products

      Cons

      Management changes at the top, while good for the company as a whole, has resulted in some churn in various areas of the business. Also need to focus on enterprise customers and in building a truly world-class delivery organisation (as opposed to development) to win and secure more enterprise customers

      Pros

      I have worked for a number of IT vendors over the past 15 years and without question Atlantis Computing has the opportunity to disrupt the market more than any others. There are some of the smartest people in the industry working here so lots of opportunity to learn and be part of a game changing technology movement. With a company that doubles in size every year, there are always interesting opportunities to progress your career and shape the way the technology and company develops.

      Cons

      As with all early stage companies, things move at a very fast pace, this isn't for everyone!
