      Lovely people, good management, lots of opportunities, some travel even as a junior, great place to work, best 4yrs of my professional career!

      Cons

      Not much room for movement if you are based in local teams, however still a great environment and lovely place to work! Also you may have better opportunities at Berlin HQ.
