Modern work spaces and lovely office building.
Cons
The usual pains of a financial organization if you're in operations. Constant change. The buyout from LPL caused quite a shift in how things were going to look.
The biggest con was that the pay was just too low given the industry standards and amount of work expected. Benefits package was also not good. An expensive health plan and limited pti with strict guidelines which was unusual for this space in wealth management.
