      Great environment. Great office. Lovely team. Results driven but also fun and engaging work!

      Deadlines can be pressured. Give time constraints extra hours are needed at times.

      Pros

      Very supportive company, great support for parental commitments. Flexible home working without mandatory targets for days in the office. Great working relationships between different teams. People generally seem very positive about what they do.

      Cons

      Office space is a little limited as it's within the Lloyd's building.
