First of all, thank you for taking the time to share this. We appreciate feedback--it helps us see our blind spots and make changes. I'm glad to hear you call out our amazing team! We really do have some truly great people here, and we wouldn't be able to achieve our mission of empowering education without each other. With regards to raises, we have implemented a raise process in the last few years that empowers managers to give raises to those whose performance is exceptional based on annual review scores. We're constantly working to improve this process, so thank you for this feedback. We much prefer to promote from within, and we strive to invest in employees who have a desire to grow. I'm very sorry to hear you had this experience with HR. This has absolutely not been my experience--every reported complaint about inappropriate behavior has been addressed, even if they were friends with management.
