Great benefits, amazing culture, very fun place to work with room to grow and make as much as you can!
Cons
Always evolving, so responsibilities have been a little vague… but recently they have been org driven. The proposal software is incredibly versatile, but dated.
Top notch upper management with solid core values. Everyone is fully invested in the company and their individual roles. High quality work by everyone means repeat business is common. Those that are not capable of pulling their weight don’t last here and this is very much appreciated. Support from coworkers and the work life balance are amazing. I always feel like I’m allowed to do my job without being micromanaged.
Cons
Of course I’d like to earn a higher wage, but I feel like I’m compensated fairly. There are some demanding clients, but understandably because they are spending big money on fancy projects. Repeat business is high and makes up for the few demanding clients.
