Pros
The people that work there are their best assets and are the only reason why I still work there. The pay is OK, but the yearly increase is lower than CPI and the bonus I was sold on was a lie. its virtually non existent. They have a good reputation in the industry, but that can only take you so far and won't last forever.
Cons
So few staff available to get the work done mean we all have to wear many hats. Having a management team that fail to execute effective strategies and seem to think that negative profits are acceptable. Mostly having an inexperienced team is causing poor decisions and leading to timeline loss and pressure on others in the team.
