      Pros

      Overall good people in lower management positions, impressive Resume of completed and current Projects, customer relations oriented, safety oriented, travel opportunities available, Employee owned and profit sharing at exempt salaried levels.

      Cons

      Stagnant and limited advancement opportunities, restrictive advancement when the Company has short term needs for a particular talent. Inconsistent management styles and fairness from project to project as well as area to area.

      Entrepreneurial spirit, easy-going, family oriented, "do the right thing" kind of company. Fair with clients, subcontractors and design partners. Very much believes in the employee-ownership mentality; Everyone is vested in succeeding as a team and company.

      Regional offices can be a bit fragmented from the corporate headquarters.

      Culture, benefits, employee ownership. Co-workers work well with each other and find ways to think out of the box to compete projects successfully.

      Cons

      With very large companies it can be difficult to maintain employee enthusiasm and commitment. Started working for this company and after 2 years they closed the local office and trying to get back to Texas and make employees travel more.
