Great experience and learnings, but didn't enjoy the culture

Pros
The general team culture is amazing. The remote work (pre-pandemic) was refreshing and I loved travelling to meet coworkers. The CEO is a great leader that and I enjoyed following him. I learned a lot from my team and coworkers. Truly international and diverse. The product is interesting and an important thing to work on.
Cons
The engineering culture was quite toxic. A hero culture lead to some people being quite forceful with their opinions and them publicly talking bad about other engineers was accepted at that time. Leaders usually didn't stay longer than a year until their shares vested. Bigger projects were never completed as each leadership change brought a change in strategy and focus.
