      Pros

      Best environment to work in. The work culture is amazing. Every team member is available to help eachother out, support one another in all things. A great all round team!!! A family environment. Many opportunities to upskill and grow in all areas of life. I believe this is a reflection on the Founders of Authentic Educaton and the values that they stand for and live. Living the Dream!!

      Company Directors practice what they preach and are dedicated to creating a fun, supportive and creative culture. All staff members are valued for their own unique skills and encouraged to share, improve and thrive in their work roles. Education programs are interactive, clearly designed and student outcome focused.

      - Best team, its like a family, always willing to help and guide - Best work culture, no unnecessary pressure or unrealistic expectation, lots of encouragement - Get chance to learn new tools and techniques - Practice what they preach when it comes to work life balance
