I was constantly micromanaged during work and outside of work hours. I have never seen a more stressful and anxiety filled work environment in my entire career. A lot of the stress and anxiety I had while working at Authentic8 stuck with me and I'm still working through it. I estimate that I saw approx. 100 people get fired in just over three years at Authentic8 including so many intelligent, productive, hard working, employees. "Unlimited PTO" is a trap at Authentic8. You are not expected to take PTO and you will constantly be contacted while you are on PTO. Constant issues with commissions. Every quarter they will take money out of your pocket and it was a fight every time to try to get it corrected. Don't believe the "growth opportunities" that they currently advertise. You will be stuck for years and will be jerked around by multiple managers until you fall under the one that eventually fires you for no good reason. Don't even think about expressing your concerns to HR. None of them will be addressed and I still hear from friends at the company that nothing has changed even after dozens of exit interviews.

If your on the commercial side good luck with making consistent books per month. Churn and Burn SDR's Team of 20+ SDR's when I joined, now only down to 8. The US market is saturated, extremely difficult to book meetings, on the phone, and linkedin. Management knows this but don't care. Leadership is in disagreement with AE's on ICP titles and what is a good meeting. Meetings would fail despite Sr's giving the green light to book it. Either get lucky with some good states or be put in a position to turn a scorch earth territory into gold. For context the company had reps calling Israel weeks into the conflict...... Who's idea was that? Like any other corporate job, don't let the sheep's in wolve's clothing fool you. I also believe a lot of the newer reviews regarding this company are fake, and very shallow. That alone is a red flag.
