Very good company to work for when the management is listening to their employees. Really enjoyed working with all my colleagues.
Cons
Dealing with parents' views and requests can be overwhelming at times.

Great service users and great support worker colleagues

Terrible company from start to finish. I stayed a year as I really cared about the service users and hoped things would get better. >Management was terrible - suited themselves and treated support workers terribly. >long shifts (12hr +) and no breaks >Constant feeling of management talking about you as they were always talking about someone >Unfair rotas >Terrible pay >Service users were the last thing on managements mind which is appalling > Driven for money and care packages yet supposed to be a charitable organisation I could keep writing!
