Although the pace at Autogrid is brisk and the expectations are high, the atmosphere remains friendly and collegial, fostering a supportive environment. The people I work with are not only exceptionally bright but also genuinely enjoyable to be around, creating a positive and dynamic workplace culture. I am particularly impressed by the CEO’s sharpness and the caliber of my colleagues, who bring a wealth of experience as entrepreneurs and engineers to the table.
