This place was my home, my family, and something I'm passionate about. Everything has changed.
Pros
Work environment/people are the best hands down. They will make you feel like you matter and help you grow as an individual. The work facility has free drinks, semi annual parties, insurance, and a bonus structure.
Cons
The pay is not where is needs to be and they take blatant advantage of people who are too scared to quit and look for something new. Arbitrary decisions and finding ways to weasel you out of what you deserve for pay is the Achilles Heel of an otherwise stellar company. The "bonus structure" is used to demoralize and break you. They pay you so little and count in your bonus as part of your pay, but if you don't meet a certain criteria you may lose some or all of your bonus. Waiting on bonus to get your car repaired? Maybe you needed it to finish paying off a debt? Or just maybe, you needed it for groceries so you could eat? Too bad for you. You should have "Produced more" or "Had a shorter call time" in order to earn that bonus. They don't make overtime mandatory, but if you want to make enough to pay for the most basic of necessities you will need to work at least 6 hours of OT. It is an unhealthy manipulative system that breaks the strong and nullifies the weak.
