Pros

When these guys say flexible working they mean it - a great place to work, I’m doing something different everyday and they really encourage independent thinking

Cons

Their onboarding process needs a bit of work - I was thrown into the the deep end, but I understand that as they transition into Automotive a transformation Group, it is difficult to get all of the information aligned across 4 companies and this is very much in progress

Flexible working, laptop and goody bag when you join.

Cons

Job was not as expected, very operational as opposed to project focused. I also found a lot of the staff very unprofessional and two faced.

• Toxic culture • Promotions/pay rises are given purely on a mates-basis • Colleagues are openly rude to each other and curse at one another - I had never been told to F-off to my face for asking someone to do something at work before working here • Working here is like being back at school • People only work on whatever they feel like • Ridiculously low salary
