      Nothing to share... location accessible they mention as an ISO certified company but do not follow ethics

      Cons

      Management decisions are horrible. they changed office without even giving 1 day notice to employees. when employee is on leave, they said you are notice period and terminated in a week instead of 1 month...Miserable company to work, they change shifts regularly in 1 day notice. most of the employees they engage are their friends only...so please choose ur career properly when u join this company.

      Pros

      I had phenomenal support throughout from all the layers of Avani tech management. They did regular follow up right from visa to onboarding to salaries, never found a dull moment while dealing with Avani tech. They really made me feel pretty secure, especially coming out from a big organization I was initially tentative but they made me feel comfortable all the time. I had lovely experience so far, hope it will remain the same forever, I am looking forward to a long term relationship and I wish all the best to this growing organization.

We do offer paid vacation time to all salaried employees, along with it we are providing to all our employees a long term disability insurance, term-life insurance policy, and other useful benefits fully paid by the company. We are also encouraging employees to identify learning opportunities so we can accomodate such requests as required by our clients.
