      -Remote / flexible working -Friendly and talented teammates

      Cons

      -Business lacks structure and process, and the strategy changes frequently based on snap decision-making to make the most money -Upper management is mostly a "boys club" - men with loud voices reign and many employees feel disregarded or unable to speak up -No real prioritising of diversity, even though the company profits off of working with diverse artists -Lots of favouritism - people often get ahead based on how well they're liked rather than their skills and impact

      Pros

      - Company culture is good with passionate people. Working closely with teams and good team-works always brings good vibes to a fast and busy work environment. The company has young and energetic vibes that build up the company to continue its passion for the art industry.

      Cons

      - Worst communication and transparency with the leadership. It is a small company where everyone knows each other working together very hard. However, a lack of leadership frequently says, 'it was a mistake,' and the responsibility is to those under them. Concerns and comments are commonly ignored, and you have to face them without concrete directions. (Some of the leaders are too busy even to follow up or listen to their team issues). Please be aware with people as they says things different in front and back.

      - Hybrid/remote working. - A lot of kind and friendly staff members. - Opportunity to work with leading artists.

      Cons

      - A drive to sell art like fast (but high-end) fashion results in an intense working environment and is generally failing. - Upper management is a very un-diverse boys club with clear favouritism that permeates the rest of the working culture. - Incredibly unstable, 15 staff were made redundant before Christmas with no warning, very poorly managed.
