      - 12 hour shifts - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off repeating for production

      Cons

      - Upper Management is poor. Boss needs to learn to control temper. - Everyone is out for themselves. - No room for development

      You've got an opportunity to learn a lot, since it is a relatively small company and also depending on your manager.

      Cons

      If you can't take someone interrupting your work with yelling, you would have to reconsider working here. If there is nothing to work on, you'll likely lose hours of pay.
