Poor management, no personal life, 2 week rotating schedule, not safety oriented. Forklift drivers hit things and each other with no corrective actions. Poor training. HR/Safety all enforce policies due to their understanding of the policy. Training documents given for required training CLASSES and employees are told to sign them and get to work within 5 minutes, even if it is scheduled for 6 hour training class. SOME supervisors don't supervise because "it's not their job to babysit."

You have to meet a certain quota but they expect perfection. Horrible communication. They will watch you struggle then laugh at you while others are on their phone. They let certain people goof off and get away with anything, while some actually take things serious and get more responsibility put on them. I would take some of my break time to clean and maintain robots in order to keep up. You only get a certain amount of times to clean the robots, so if any porosity starts you have to deal with all the defects while trying to keep up. You get talked down upon if you do take the time to do a good job and get behind.
