      Pros

      Surely being part of the team that delivers the leading technology in the HCM sector would be good enough some but to also work with our clients, some of the world biggest and best known companies is the icing on the cake. The Avature team, far flung with offices all over the world share a common love to work hard and play hard. Its all about delivering the best outcome for clients. In any company that I've worked for I've not seen so many talented individuals pulling in the same direction to each make an impact, if not on the product direction but then our users experience. Brilliant.

      Cons

      The team tends to work long hours on occasion, so my only criticism would be to improve work:life balance.

      Being part of an ambitious company, delivering leading technology solutions to a wide variety of clients Everyone is geared towards providing the client with the best service and experience possible Working in a small, growing team with an opportunity to build best practice and process Opportunity to learn and develop quickly

      Ambitious growth means the team is always very busy - sometimes experience bottlenecks internally Sharing knowledge on new and interesting solutions could be better

      A good start, but it did not last

      Pros

      Good technology platform. All developed in house, no dodgy APO do to acquisition and multiple platforms bolted together.

      Cons

      Lack of support and changing expectations. I had a very positive first 6-9 months. Then things changed. There were multiple rounds of lay offs, which ultimately I did not survive.
