      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Hard working team of people who also have fun. Achievements are recognised, appreciated, celebrated and rewarded both financially and in emails to the whole company. Annual off-site in India / Hong Kong / Oman / Thailand. Employees have great expertise and experience and work together for the good of the company. Employees raise money for charity by doing marathons / treks / sports matches.

      Cons

      As an EA not much chance of promotion. Long hours for some members of staff.
