      Great place with vibrant atmosphere and genuine desire to grow. Avenue Code definitly award winners and doers.

      Still a start-up with some ups and downs.

      None, just a regular software consulting firm

      Cons

      People are underpaid, lots of lies from the management team, only a few of the preferred employees get acknowledgments and that is not because they work better than others, but because of they have personal relationship with leadership. I would not recommend Avenue Code to anyone that is not a recent grad with 0 experience. Get a couple of years of experience and look for something better
