Pros

Generous clothing allowance, mostly laid back work environment, flexible hours and opportunities to work at big events like music festivals that the brand sponsors

Cons

Lack of overall structure, not much diversity, management likes to pat themselves on their back, can be condescending and micromanage, a lot of unnecessary drama, and it seems that the people placed in headquarters roles either are related to or even in a relationship with someone down there making it hard to move up unless you're in one of those groups

Pros

Great discount on the clothes

Cons

Poor management. The management just sits in the back all day and makes the sales associates do most of the floor work.

Pros

Absolutely Nothing if I could give this company no stars I would

Cons

where do I start? I spent almost two years working for this company. This business could care less about its staff, merchandise, or clients. Money is what this business and its founder care about! There is no upper management and they never visit the stores. The company takes pride in its apparel and fabrics, yet customers' top grievance was the awful, flimsy fabric. you will be screamed at, called names, and disrespected by angry customers. It is pure crap that we were paid 15/hr no commission while the founder is worth 380 million dollars. In the summer, our shop had close to 18 thousand dollar days. Nobody cares about you, and advancement inside the organization is really difficult. there is no communication, after being there for two years I asked for a raise from 15hr to 17 and I was immediately shot down. half the team including me said they were quitting because of unfair wages and lack of company culture. read the article "aviator nation founder walks back plans for retail cuts after back lash"
