      Pros

      A toxic culture that is driven from the CEO down. Sales staff leave in droves as there is ZERO chance of hitting quota. There is a major issue with net-new customer acquisition which drives a change in the GTM on a quarterly basis. A nasty place to work with truly horrible 'leadership'. Take notice of the negative reviews as they are consistent in accuracy.

      I no longer have to be bullied on a daily basis now that they have fired the entire global BDR team!

      Cons

      Toxic culture led by the CEO and his band of merry men. A GTM that changes every month. Comp structure that changes every month. A CEO who shouts at staff and refers to customers as idiots. Sacking staff without notice (sacked all of the EMEA leadership and 90% of the wider EMEA team) An HR team who cry on calls because they realise how badly the staff are treated. A note to the CPO - Start doing your job. and stop hiding. Do not join this company.
