      Awair has a new exec team that understands business and is setting up the company for massive growth. It is a fun environment where everyone cares about each other. This is going to be an awesome ride.

      Cons

      I don't think this is a con, but they are a start-up and move fast. If you like moving fast, building strategy and executing then this is the place for you!
