Cons

If your company Gets bought out by Awaze, don’t stick around and wait to get canned. They’re going to strip everything out of that company and leave everything else in the dust. Also, don’t be fooled by ‘nice guy’ Henrijk who has 0 idea about this business. He’s running it into the ground..

• People are nice enough and genuinely want to make a great product • Manchester offices are in an easy-to-reach location • A couple of perks (Perkbox and discounts on holidays)

Cons

• Mentality of a 'big fish', but without the time or people to be one • Still stuck in the mindset of being engineer-driven • Very long working hours at 100mph • Little room for career progression • Zero opportunity or time for personal development • Low morale from many of the longer-term employees
