      Sadly mismanaged Company

      Pros

      Some great people, good location, nice facility. Flexible life/work balance.

      Cons

      Way too many managers in this company. Eaton ran this place very well. 12 years ago, CEO gambled on batch tools and lost. Late to the game in single wafer. They have been paying the price in lost business ever since.
