      Pros

      The insurance benefits are OK

      Cons

      Management from the lower level up to the C-Levels are very inexperienced, if experienced at all. Not many customers, and not many renewals of those that are/were. Product needs some work. Company has an identity problem and has been confused with other companies of the same name. Not sure why a start up never even Googled a name to see if there were others by the same. Sales people have been leaving in droves, and it's has a high percentage of turnover in both sales and marketing.

      Pros

      -Platform is modern and designed to provide the best capabilities, performance, and scale! -Founders and R&D team are machines. Not only are they all deploying new features quicker than anywhere else I have seen, the team is always available to help and are dedicated to providing the best possible solutions. -The sales team and leadership are also top notch! I’ve never worked with such a high skilled group of sales folks that go significantly beyond what sales teams are expected to do. -For an early stage startup the benefits and comp is amazing. I have better health care options for my family here than I did at some larger companies. -Always keeping me on my toes. The amount of business and activity is proving this platform is appreciated by customers. I am given opportunities to do more than just my role; in the end we solve problems!

      Cons

      Honestly no cons for me. The only con is my generic stance on early stage startups. If you want to join the team at this stage I hope you are ready to be busy and work a lot more than you do at larger companies. Don’t get me wrong my work/life balance is still amazing but there are high expectations to deliver results and work hard. That might scare some prospect employees off that are used to working a fe hours a day!
