Not Worth the Stress

Pros

Axium can be very flexible with the office hours and employee needs

Cons

It seems like everyone is against you. If you make one little mistake your “teammate” will cc in your boss and make a big stink out of an issue that can be solved in less than 10m. Every task is urgent. They put a lot of pressure to get things done NOW NOW NOW. The support systems in place are slow to respond and none of the work you are doing goes recognized. They hone in on your mistakes. Working for this company has brought out a complaining anxiety ridden person in me and I hate it.

Pros

NONE - Environment is very toxic. Not even worth 1 star rating.

Cons

NO work life balance, work long days and then more when you get home. You are not valued at all. No appreciation. Favoritism, if you do not brown nose you will not make it. Lack of empathy and compassion. Poor to no communication. All they care about is how much work you can get done. No back up system if you are out for any reason. RUDE & PETTY office politics, management belittles, micromanages, manipulates, takes down to you and blames and destroys you from the inside out. SO Stressful to the point of being detrimental to your mental and physical health.
