I'm almost a month into my time at Axon and I'm really pleased I made the decision to join this company. Every company has a mission, but this is the first place I've been where EVERYONE is aligned and works towards it - Protect Life Then there's product ecosystem.... Unbelievably cool tech all aimed at protecting life and deescalation. This makes it very exciting to work here.

Cons

It's a high performance culture which might not be for everyone.
