Here at Axur we try to keep the documentation about the processes up to date in our main tool, Slite! In this space, we keep track of processes, strategic and cultural definitions of all the company's teams. Furthermore, we believe that we have a culture of openness and exchange that allows decisions and prioritizations to be understood, including the What's Up, a monthly meeting that promotes strategic explanations by the heads and a space for questions.
