Pros
Worked 2.66666 years. I learnt so much. Fast-paced, more money flying around than I ever saw - though this was my one Silicon Valley Job. Some remarkably clever and A-grade people, among the best I ever worked with, in the Mktg & Dev Advocacy team and at the time I left, the Product Team was coming on leaps and bounds.
Cons
The Sales team, with some (great and highly underrated!) exceptions had a lot of problems and dead wood. Sales Engineering was great, but the turnover was high. The two lead reps (read the reps with the easiest territories) got through 8 Field Engineers during my time there which blows my mind. A lot of ex-Oracle people means an Oracle culture, especially in Sales.
